Why is there a fee to pay for my pre-sale ticket?
Fendig Theatre for Children appreciates your patience and support in paying for the $1.17 online payment processing fees for the performance so that the remainder of the ticket price can go towards performing this show and other activities in the future.
I bought my ticket online, when do I get it?
Thank you for purchasing a ticket. Upon arrival at the RCHS Auditorium the night of the performance, please check in at the will call station to receive your tickets under the name of the person who purchased the tickets.
What happens if I can no longer attend the performance I bought a ticket for?
Your ticket is not exchangeable for other nights of the performance and cannot be refunded.
