Sydney Bement

Sydney is excited to be working on her first Fendig production! In 2011, Sydney acted in her first production Aida, and continued to perform in many Fendig productions including Suessical, Singin’ in the Rain, and Willy Wonka. Fendig is what sparked her passion for theatre, and she has continued to be active in the theatre communities in Rensselaer, Demotte, and Indianapolis.
Sydney is from Rensselaer, and is currently studying at Marian University in Indianapolis where she continues to be involved in show choir and theatre. Her majors include Secondary Education and Mathematics with minors in Theatre and Spanish. While at Marian, Sydney has worked for the Marian Theatre Department and has been involved in productions such as Urinetown and Argonautika. Sydney’s favorite roles include Lorelei Lee in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, Dance Captain in Footloose, Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, and Old Ma Strong in Urinetown.

"I am looking forward to creating an unforgettable show and summer for all the young actors with Fendig"
